This instrument was manufactured by Erich Heberlein - the "Wiener" for the G.A. Pfretzschner company, probably in the 1920-30s. This type of violin was shipped in thousands around the world in the early 20th century. It is a reproduction of an Antonius Stradivarius from 1732 (whoever believes it will be blessed).

The lacquer of the violin is very typical for this period, an oil varnish was used especially for this instrument. A beautiful souvenir that is not for sale.
